Do they come as a bouquet?
We currently sell them in groups of FIVE to allow our customers to have full control of the type of flowers they receive.
How long are they individually?
Please refer to Peony Bouquet Information section for size detail.
If I order multiple, will the come as one package?
Depending on the size of the order, you would be notified if for some reason logistical issues prevent a bulk from being included in one package.
ORDERING & STORE POLICIES
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us at support@roomenhancer.com .
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your package once it has been shipped.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, you must first contact us and we will guide you through the steps.
